Driver managers coach owner –operator and are responsible for fleets of 6 to 10 trucks each. We transport dry freight only, customer to customer, regional and OTR. This is a full-time position in our Mulberry, FL office.
Upon completion of training you will be experienced in the following areas:
Knowledge of Load-boards
Experience negotiating freight rates
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions
Great communication skills and work ethics
Professional appearance
Clean background
Bilingual / Spanish is a plus
