We are an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to hiring a diverse workforce; including individuals with disabilities and United States qualified protected veterans.SUMMARYUnder direct supervision, thisposition is responsible for routine project documentation, materials, statusmonitoring, and administrative closeout of each project.This position is required to closely interactwith the Project Manager and assigned project staff to ensure the timelycompletion of each project.Typicallyrequires a High School diploma or GED and up to three (3) years of experience.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other functions may be assigned.

Responsible for issuing purchase orders and reconciling purchase order issues for enabling.

Process documents for service claims sales allowances, retrofit, and labor warranty.

Logs service start-up and service work requirements in job tracking system.

Communicates effectively with other team members concerning project management process.

Pulls job credit number and assist with credit supplement processing.

Obtains Trane and vendor estimated ship dates and update appropriate schedules.

Assists with communication to customers regarding shipping updates.

Forwards warranty standard documents to customers.

Manages receipt of installation operation and maintenance manuals (IOMs).

Distributes IOM’s to customers.

Assists with distribution and receipt of submittals.

Responsible for general administrative functions to support the equipment fulfillment process.

Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individualswith disabilities to perform the essential functions.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or GED andup to three (3) years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalentcombination of education and experience.Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products.Familiarity with the operation of EnergyManagement Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred.LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and comprehendsimple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Ability to write simple correspondence.Ability to effectively present information inone-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and otheremployees of the organization.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract,multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, commonfractions, and decimals.Ability tocompute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common senseunderstanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagramform.Ability to deal with problemsinvolving several concrete variables in standardized situations.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSValid Driver’s License(occasional errands)PHYSICALDEMANDS The physical demands describedhere are representative of those that must be met by an employee tosuccessfully perform the essential functions of this job.
