High Tech family owned Service Warranty & HVAC Company with 40 Years in the industry is searching for a talented and motivated individual with at least 1 -2 years of call center experience.
Looking for a multitasker and energetic person for a high In-Bound call volume to schedule service calls, some clerical duties, and computer knowledge required.
Responsibilities for Call Center Representative:
Interact with customers via inbound telephone calls to provide information and assistance
Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
Must be detail oriented and able to work with a team to ensure superior service to all our customers.
Process transactions and reply to inquiries about products and services
Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues
Refer unresolved customer issues to designated call center department or supervision for resolution

Call Center Open
Monday through Saturday
8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Alternating Saturday schedule required.
