We are an apparel company in the Ft. Lauderdale area looking to fill a customer service position. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, take initiative, strong interpersonal skills and be self-motivated.
The job entails various responsibilities and requirements and is not limited to the ones listed below:
- Ability to multi-task and execute daily duties & projects
- Experience with QuickBooks is a MUST
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Positive attitude which contributes to company atmosphere
- Ability to focus on details while completing projects on time and accurately
- Calling on existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
- Able to travel to trade shows and to meet customers.
- Proficient oral & written skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work under supervision in a high paced environment
- Communicate with clients and potential customers in person, via phone and email
- Must have excellent organization skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills required (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- A desire to grow and excel in the workplace.
