Desired Skills/Abilities:
-Bilingual - English / Spanish
-Previous Success in Front Desk/Receptionist or customer service
-Ability to obtain license Property/Casualty (220 or 440)quickly
-High integrity, strong work ethic, loves to learn, passionate about achieving great results, as well as doing what is right for clients, intelligent, energetic, and gets along well with others
-Must have a positive attitude!
-Strong communication and customer service skills
Duties May Include:
-Providing remarkable service to new and current clients
- Answering incoming call and routing call accordingly
-Greet all walk in clients in a friendly manner and route to office representatives accordingly
- Maintain the reception area with updated brochures
- Follow up on client payments
- Create reports as deemed necessarry
-Offer clients State Farm Bank Products and meet agreed upon sales goals
-Calling prospects/clients to schedule appointments
-Identifying opportunities to increase sales on specific products
-Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening
Requirements:
-Bilingual - English/Spanish
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
