This role is responsible for understanding and internally communicating client needs and expectations using standardized templates, scheduled meetings, emails, and instant messaging. Responsibilities include a diverse set of tasks that will focus on generation of standard product quotes, deal and pipeline data maintenance, and monitoring sales cycle and supporting customer reengagement.As an Associate Client Relations Manager, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients who are consuming enzymes for mRNA manufacturing. Working closely with a Client Relations Manager, you will gain an understanding of Aldevron’s Protein Business Unit, setting yearly goals to achieve business and career milestones.As an Associate Client Relations Manager, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients who are consuming enzymes for mRNA manufacturing. Working closely with a Client Relations Manager, you will gain an understanding of Aldevron’s Protein Business Unit, setting yearly goals to achieve business and career milestones.Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management including:Support pipeline management through deal maintenance in CRM system according to the established company criteria. Support sales opportunities through generation of standard product budgetary estimates and quotes at request of Client Relations Manager or Field Sales.

Generation of stability and storage quotes at request of Client Relations Manager or Field Sales.

Creation of internal project documents that communicate project scope and client expectations.

As needed, work with Field Sales on client re-engagement post order.

Lead international documentation review prior to quotation

Corporate Representation and DutiesProvide feedback to commercial, marketing, and sales on current and new products and services.

Identify and share opportunities for other Aldevron platforms with appropriate colleagues

Work with technical SMEs, Project Management, and Scheduling for continuous

improvement of systems

Sales OperationsFollow all standard Aldevron practices for recording client interactions and deals in corporate CRM system.

Follow all standard Aldevron practices for processing client purchase orders in coordination with Client Relations Coordinator(s).

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in scientific field preferred. Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in business with an Associate’s degree or minor in a scientific field will be considered. Experience communicating directly with clients, with preference for biotechnology industry.

Experience working in a regulated laboratory environment (e.g., cGMP and/or ISO 13485).

Hands-on experience with protein expression and purification.

Excellent written and oral skills.

Demonstrated organizational skills.

Excellent computer skills.
