RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Analyst in Miami, FL.
Essential Functions:
Financial Analyst processes vendor payments for the department and all subsidiaries while providing excellent customer service to internal and external constituents and ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
Processes vendor invoices in A/P system
Assists departments with questions regarding vendor setup; Assists departments with disbursement requests and required documentation; Researches requests for check and ACH voids and cancellations
Completes documentation needed to request check and ACH voids and cancellations; Provides documentation to Accountant for NSF returned checks and voided checks
Follows-up departmental inquiries regarding account balances, status of invoices, etc.
As a Financial Analyst, you will assist in monitoring 1099 payments and updating A/P system accordingly
Serves as a backup to process donations received by the Company Foundation, Inc.
Assists in producing general ledger reports, account balance reports as requested by departments and investigates discrepancies
REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent
Three (3) years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
