DescriptionLaw firm in the Little Havana area is seeking a junior legal assistant/scheduler to join their team! Great benefits! Full time direct hire position!RequirementsWill handle first party property court scheduling.
6+ months of experience scheduling in a law firm, first party property experience preferred but not required
Communicate with court officials and opposing counsel via phone and email to schedule depositions, mediations, and hearings
Coordinate with clients
Manage first party department court calendar
Detail oriented
Draft simple pleadings and orders
