About the RoleThis role is ideal for an experienced forensic professional ready to take on greater responsibility in case leadership, client relationships, and team development within a litigation consulting practice focused on commercial litigation, matrimonial and family law matters. The Manager will work closely with practice leadership while managing engagements from initiation through expert testimony or settlement.Job ResponsibilitiesEngagement ManagementSupport forensic engagements in matrimonial litigation, including business valuation, income analysis, lifestyle analysis, tracing of separate vs. marital property, and cash flow analysis.Oversee day-to-day case workflow, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent matters.Prepare and review work product to ensure accuracy.Contribute to staff training and professional development initiatives.Maintain current knowledge of developments in forensic accounting standards, family law, tax implications in divorce, and relevant case law.
