All info accessible to our colleagues and trained over 4 weeks for firm understanding of insurance, benefits, and clients and their plans. Assisting client’s customers or their employees calling in for support or assistance in enrolling in various plan offerings. Life, health, dental, vision, long/short disability, voluntary supplemental (accident, casualty, hospital indemnity), etc – What can you expect as a Remote Licensed Benefit Counselor? Diploma or equivalent. One+ years of proven customer service or sales experience. Minimum 6 months experience using Microsoft Office and experience navigating multiple systems without assistance. Carrying a license in Health and Life is mandatory for this role.Preferred Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent.
