Job Details

You will be our central analytics champion, applying analytics to track operations, solve business challenges, and expose market opportunities. You will create and execute the strategy, aligning the people, process, technology, data, and documentation to achieve the vision.

Duties:

  • Collaborates with Executives, Product Line Managers, and all departments to document analytical needs of the business to enable the analysis of product and operational needs, strategic fit, market attractiveness, financial value, and risk profile; ensures high confidence in the data quality
  • Identifies opportunities for automation, efficiency, and overall process improvement
  • Partners with IT leadership to develop solutions for our business needs to analytics and automation
  • Oversees the development of recurring and ad hoc reporting packages, timely and accurately, while supporting analysis across multiple lines of businesses
  • Establishes and maintains data governance policies and procedures that extend Arise policies currently in place to ensure proper understanding and use of data
  • Provides leadership, direction, coaching and support to colleagues through training and clear articulation of strategies

Ideal Background:
  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or other STEM related fields.
  • 10 years of experience in the fields of data and analytics, product development management, strategy, and marketing.
  • 3-5 years experience with Salesforce.com & reporting within Salesforce and Power BI
  • 3-5 years experience managing teams (recruiting, retaining, and providing career mentoring and direction)
