I am currently seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts. This role is worked within the federal government sector and requires secret clearance. This role will require consultant to be on-site in Florida- 3 days on/ 1 Week off

• Work directly with the ServiceNow Application Owner, ServiceNow Solution Architect, Project Implementation/Development Teams, ServiceNow Product team, Production Support team and multiple Infrastructure teams.
• Design, develop, update, and manage the project plan utilizing the appropriate tools (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Project Professional, and potentially other agile tools like Jira).
• Capture business requirements for ServiceNow and drive design and technical solutions for ServiceNow implementation.
• Provide expertise / guidance in the matters of technical implementation, end-to-end system landscape, and application integration.
• Provide guidance with respect to end-to-end product architecture to ensure scalable, high performance landscape.
• Collaborate with technical team to architect integrations with ServiceNow using LDAP, Single Sign-on, Mid server, Web-services, Email and several in-house applications and technologies.
• Lead a team of developers working on improvements / implementation related to ServiceNow.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Accountable for the project scope delivered against specified objectives, corporate standards, agreed timelines and allocated project budgets.
• Determine the resources (time, funding, equipment, staff, skills, etc.) required to complete the projects and measure which the projects will be evaluated at its completion.
• Coordinate product demos and user acceptance testing, as needed.
• Obtain sign-off on scope, requirements, design, and development and document those decisions.
• Assure proper handoff and knowledge transfer is completed between the implementation partner, HR & IT.
• Performs project health checks of plan vs budget.
