Looking for candidates with Java, Groovy and grails experience.
Title: Sr. Software Engineer - Java, groovy, grails
Location: Miami, FL (Remote to start Onsite Jan 2022 onwards)
Duration: 6+ months
8+ years of software development for the Java Platform, Groovy and Grails.
Preferably 2+ years of hands-on experience with API development, service transformation, routing, enrichment and orchestration.
Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
Skill for writing reusable Java libraries
Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java
Experience with concepts of MVC, JDBC, JMS, SOAP and RESTful
Experience with popular web application frameworks, such as Grails & Spring Web
Experience with Groovy
Experience with Spring Framework
Experience with Java Script Frameworks, like jQuery
Experience with SOAP modeling languages, like wsdl/xsd
Experience with Rest modeling languages, like RAML and/or Swagger
Understanding web security principles and standards for web applications and Rest/SOAP APIs like OAuth2, CAS, Spring Security, etc.
Understanding of Business Process Engines, like jBPM & Activiti
Understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns and implementations, like Mule ESB & Spring Integration
