DescriptionWell respected law firm is expanding and is seeking trial litigation paralegal with 5+ years experience for its Miami office. Trial litigation paralegal responsibilities include: ability to assist attorneys with propounding and responding to discovery; Ability to manage trial calendar and preparation including: trial exhibits, charts, trial notebook, subpoenasl Tracking and managing deadlines; and Prepare binders and exhibits for depositions, mediations, expert review, settlement conferences, arbitrations and trials. 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Paralegal certificate or Bachelor?s Degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, E-filing; and Perfect Law preferred
Articulate, organized and a team player with excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
