Location: Remote — Based near Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, or North Palm Beach, FL (Weekly in-person meetings required)

Overview

We are a well-established Commercial Real Estate firm with over 25 years of success in sales, leasing, and investment property transactions. We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator with proven commercial real estate marketing experience and strong design and technical skills to support our continued growth.

This role offers flexibility in work hours and schedule, the convenience of working from home, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact within a respected and dynamic firm. All necessary work materials, including a company-provided computer and software, will be supplied.

Key Responsibilities

-Create, design, and update marketing materials including flyers, offering memorandums, presentations, and brochures.

-Manage and maintain property listings on CoStar, LoopNet, and CREXI.

-Design and coordinate direct mail and email marketing campaigns via Constant Contact.

-Maintain and update the company website through WordPress.

-Support social media and digital marketing initiatives.

-Conduct market research and organize property and transaction data.

-Collaborate directly with ownership to ensure all marketing aligns with company objectives and branding.

Requirements

-Prior Commercial Real Estate Marketing experience is mandatory. Applicants without this experience will not be considered.

-Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is required.

-Must be skilled in managing listings on CoStar, LoopNet, and CREXI.

-Must have working knowledge of WordPress (website content editing and updates).

-Experience using Constant Contact for email marketing campaigns.

-Strong graphic design, layout, and branding skills.

-Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

-Must reside in Broward County or North Palm Beach County and be available for weekly in-person meetings in Boca Raton.
