Key Responsibilities:
Sell Innovative Products: Represent and sell our Shark Series diamond blades and other high-quality tools and equipment to contractors and construction companies.
Develop New Business:
Identify and engage potential clients to expand our customer base and drive sales growth.
Maintain Client Relationships:
Provide exceptional service to existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the sales team, and earn spiffs and bonuses along with your commissions.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about our product line and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits and value to customers.
Qualifications:
Sales Experience: Previous phone sales experience is preferred.
Self-Motivation:
Strong drive and self-discipline to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Must be coachable: You will be trained by leaders in the industry to succeed and make money, you must be open and receptive to being coached
Customer Focused: Commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to clients.
Employment Type:
Full-time (Monday - Friday)
Onsite (no remote positions)
Compensation:
Commission based with minimum earning guarantee.
Current reps are earning upwards of $300k annually.
