Your role is simply to deliver a powerful, well-written 2–3 minute presentation.

About the Role
You will attend various professional events throughout South Florida, including:
Business networking groups
BNI-style meetings
Realtor associations
Chamber of Commerce events
Small business workshops
Community business mixers
Your job:
Deliver a confident, articulate pitch (we provide the script)
Present our business brokerage services in a professional manner
Encourage attendees to scan a QR code for a free valuation
Collect basic lead information
Maintain a polished, executive presence
We handle all follow-up. You ONLY present.

Experienced public speakers (business events, seminars, training, hosting, etc.)
Confident and comfortable addressing a room
Professional in tone, appearance, and communication
Sharp, articulate, and poised
Reliable, early, and consistent
Able to memorize and deliver a script with clarity
Skilled at holding attention and projecting credibility
Ideal backgrounds include:
Corporate speakers
Trainers / facilitators
Motivational speakers
Former executives or managers
Professional hosts or presenters
Educators or workshop leaders
Sales or real estate pros with presentation experience
