The Land Development Superintendent will prepare, maintain, execute and monitor the site development schedule in order to complete the assigned community on time, within budget, and with high standards of workmanship. Responsibilities to include:

• Schedule and coordinate subcontractor and utility companies' work in order to stay with or keep ahead of building schedule.

• Perform site visits to each community.

• Coordinate work of land development and utility contractors with the community teams.

• Evaluate and adjust land development schedules to reflect actual operations.

• Review and approve all land development invoices.

• Manage the land development variance purchase order process.

• Schedule and perform required inspections with municipal inspectors and utilities' representatives.

• Direct trade partner punchlist work as necessary to ensure timely bond reductions/releases and Association Transitions.

• Conduct daily inspections of subcontractors' and utilities' work to ensure it is performed according to schedule, building codes, plans, specifications, and standards of quality.
