Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstOneHome is seeking a Manager, Home Infusion Pharmacy, to oversee our home infusion pharmacy operations in Florida. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the infusion pharmacy and regulatory compliance with state and federal governing bodies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strong customer service mindset, and extensive knowledge of home infusion pharmacy.Key Responsibilities:· Oversee the day-to-day activities of the pharmacist team as well as the clean room technicians· Recruit, train, and hire new team members· Build a culture of customer service and collaboration· Monitor inventory levels to avoid over or under utilization of materials· Monitor patient outcomes and address clinical concerns· Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulatory guidelines· Oversee audits, inspections, and accreditation processes· Develop and maintain a quality assurance program to enhance patient safety and service levels· Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy staff, patients, and referral sourcesUse your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications:· Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree· Current and active Florida Pharmacist license in good standing· Minimum of 3 years of experience in home infusion or a related field required· Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare related field preferredPreferred Qualifications:· Strong knowledge of home infusion therapies, including compounding and sterile preparations· Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills· Experience with ACHC and other accreditation bodies preferredOther:· Position is 100% office based in Miramar, FL· Position will require participation in on-call rotations with other pharmacist staffScheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
