Applicants must have a minimum of two years experience with AutoCAD and knowledge of residential construction practices. Proficiency in the creation of residential house plans including floor plan, electrical, foundation, structural detailing, roof plan and exterior elevations must be demonstrated. Responsibilities also require occasional light physical field work to measure and map the conditions of existing structures for use in the production of room addition and renovation projects. Applicant must have a healthy self-start ability, will work well with other team members, demonstrate excellent service skills and have a positive attitude.
