Experienced Manager Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced, high volume, full service restaurant.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others and promote a teamwork atmosphere.
Ability to train, mentor and develop team members so that they can be set up for complete success.
Solid track record and work history in previous positions.
Must be dependable, reliable and a motivated individual.
Experience in budgeting and food/labor cost control with the ability to achieve profit objectives.
Strong organizational skills.
Exceptional customer service standards.
Ability to work a flexible schedule (days, nights and weekends).
