If you do not meet the following criteria please do not apply. Must live within 10 miles of Ocala. Must have your own transportation and a clean valid drivers license. Must be at least 24 years old (because of insurance). Must have PROFESSIONAL experience in lawn care and/or landscaping (experience in tree trimming / Land clearing, Fence installation and Irrigation is of high value but not necessary). If you are not qualified for a crew lead position we may still hire you on as a crew member at $500.00 per week to start. Once you have demonstrated you are capable of meeting our standards in quality as well as efficiency your pay will be increased to $600. You must be physically able to work long hours in warm tempetures. Must keep a presentable appearance and a professional additude.
