JOB TITLE:
Maintenance/Housekeeping Helper
RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Maintain facility, relating to good housekeeping.
Some maintenance experience such as cleaning, painting, pressure washing, stripping, plumbing, some electrical work, mowing, trimming, weed eating, etc., preferred.
Knowledge of small tools.
Housekeeping duties in accordance with our resort standards, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing walls, windows, cleaning cabinets, bathrooms, kitchen replace linens in each cabin and make beds. Check that all appliances are present in the room and in working order.
Self-starter and RELIABLE person.
Willing to follow directions from supervisor.

SALARY RANGE: Starting Rate $10-$12 with a 90-day probationary period.
