The IT Support Analyst is responsible for evaluating, installing, and maintaining IT hardware and software, printer support, network administrator, misc medical equipment
Serve as a technical expert regarding all aspects of desktop, network, laptops, tablets
Responsible for responding to calls, troubleshooting, & resolving technical issues
Evaluate, install, and maintain PC's, laptops, monitors, and printers
Maintain asset tracking and proper inventories of hardware, software, equipment and printer supplies
Maintain software license compliance
Establish and maintain security standards
Create and maintain desktop documentation
Diagnose and trouble shoot issues within the desktop environment
Provide administration support
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicable degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Microsoft Certification (MCSE) or A+ certification preferred
Ability to trace network cables/issues
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
Proficiency in installing and supporting hardware/software in a Microsoft environment
Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting
Proficiency in desktop builds and imaging
Working knowledge in supporting desktop and printers
On-call 24x7 for emergency situations
Ability to multitask and take ownership of assignments
