Sales Associatefor our premier senior living community
We are looking for a Sales Associate to assist our Sales Director in daily planning and implementation of sales and marketing programs for a specific community, including community outreach, planning special events and maintaining company occupancy levels.
The Sales Associate we select must possess a sincere passion for working with seniors, as well as possess demonstrated knowledge in marketing a senior living community. We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a senior living setting, including community awareness, maintenance of outreach programs and community organizations.
Other requirements for the Sales Associate include:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with budgeting and scheduling
Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role for an Assisted Living, Independent Living, Skilled Nursing Facility or Memory Care community is preferred
