Job duties include:
Workstation installation and configuration
On-site and remote desktop support for all locations
Maintenance and troubleshooting of phone systems
Helpdesk support and troubleshooting
Experience/Requirements
Active Directory Administration and troubleshooting
Windows 10 Deployment
Windows 7/10 troubleshooting
Experience with VOIP phones
Eager to learn and contribute
Friendly, collaborative attitude
Strong problem solving capabilities
