We are looking for a laborer for a local home remodeling company. Some experience with basic hand tools required, we will train on anything beyond that. Integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic are VERY important. Must be able to work out in the heat when called for without a problem. Must have references that are not family members.
Reliable transportation is important, jobs range all over Lake County, FL. Good communication skills are key. We are a non-smoking company. E-cigarettes can be used . Traditional cigarettes are not allowed on job sites or in company vehicles. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding employees who come to work under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol.
If needed we are willing to train the right person to be more than a laborer/helper.
