We are looking for contractors of all types to handle to handle the remodeling of empty homes to a rent-ready condition on a volume scale. We have a commitment from our clients in the Ocala market to take on a minimum of 25 properties each and every month, and we are looking to increase this number over time as well. Drywall, Painting, Plumbing, Electrical, Landscaping, Tile Work, Cabinet and Countertop Installation as well as Hardwood Flooring and Roofing Etc...
You must have a GL Insurance/Workers Comp or Workers Comp Except to be on boarded, and prove to be reliable and dependable with great work ethic and pride in your work. You must also have good communication with both verbal and email skills.
