Ad; Howdy Potential Caretaker/Host/Concierge;
Thank you for your interest in my position as:
House Manager/Caretaker/Host/concierge for my, very successful Airbnb funhouse.
I need a person or couple to manage my 5/3 pool home.
Its marketed as an adults only playground. No minors allowed.
This is a job offer. While working for me, you may stay in an office/bedroom, in my home.
Employee(s) may not have mail delivered to the work address. They may not list or claim the work address as their residence, as it is not. Employee(s) May use the office/bedroom, only while employed managing the property. When no longer employed, employee(s) will not expect to be here, or have access to the office/bedroom.
I am not offering a home, which would require a lengthy process to evict a resident.
I offer a job, with use of my home, while you manage it and my guests.
I created a great rental/party house; and, I offer a room and profit sharing opportunities as a perk.
I require someone with whom I would be comfortable leaving, in complete control of my home and, well, my entire livelihood, really, while Im away.
Relevant experience in care-taking, hosting, management, consierging, etc. would be necessary.
Clean background, good credit, solid, reputable references, good driving record, valid license, insurance and reliable vehicle, etc., are a must.
I need someone Im confident will make great decisions, no matter what comes up, while Im halfway around the World on top of a mountain, somewhere.
They will be a solid, reliable, bondable person, who can show me that they are up to the task.
My bookings show we will be able to do well, if you do your part. I have over $6,000 in bookings this month.
I need $3,500 to pay for the house. We split the rest, 50/50.
You may perform other services and functions for guests, in your concierge capacity, for which you will negotiate fees directly with the guests.
The more you offer, the more you can make.
Im former Special Forces SERE from Hurlburt, retired here, wanting to travel.
I have 5 Stars and Superhost status, after less than a month. I require someone who hosts as well as I host!
This place draws people in.

Someone asked if I will be here when not traveling. I found that disturbing on several levels.
I need an AirBnB house manager. There will be people coming and going constantly. It should not be relevant; but, yes, I live here too.
I plan to travel extensively; but, will absolutely be dropping in, purposefully without notice, whenever I care to do so, for as long as I like. Ill send spies too!

Every motion event in common areas, inside and out, including all traffic into and out of the neighborhood, is under 24/7 video surveillance, kept for 10 days.
