HARDSCAPE TECHNICIAN--Hiring 1 full time person (40 hours/week), non-seasonal, year round employment to operate pressure washers, All Terrain Leaf Vacuum, backpack blowers, utility vehicles and do special projects as needed. Mechanical ability is a plus. This position pays $12.00/hour.
FACILITY TECHNICIAN--Hiring 2 full time people for day shift and 2 full time people for evening shift (40 hours/week), non-seasonal, year round employment to help take care of the property. We keep Destin Commons looking nice by picking up random trash off the sidewalks, pulling garbage, keeping bathrooms stocked and cleaned, etc.
After 60 days you are eligible for 401K Retirement Plan, Health, Dental and Vision Insurance. You get 1 week vacation after 1 year of employment.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG SCREEN AND BACKGROUND CHECK (HONESTY IS THE KEY).
