Looking for General Manager at Hot Head Burritos CRESTVIEW (2220 S Ferdon BLVD - Crestview FL 32536). Managers are responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. Managers are also responsible for preparing and serving Hot Head Burritos quality food. While providing outstanding customer service.
Reports to: Area Supervisor & Owners
Compensation - $40-45K (Health Insurance / Vacation / Bonus)
Essential Functions: Managing and training of Employees
1. Greet guests with a smile
2. Take orders from guests
3. Prepare the orders according to the Hot Head Burrito standards
4. Abide by all Safe Food Handling Procedures: (refer to the operations manual)
5. Follow all Hot Head Burritos safety procedures
6. Wash Dishes
7. Keep work area and dining area clean
8. Keep food line stocked
9. Run Cash register when required
10. Maintain Hot Head Burritos portion standards: (refer to the operations manual)
11. Maintains adherence to all company policies and procedures.
12. Performs any other duties as assigned by shift leader, assistant manager, store manager and/or supervisor
