Busy Destin and South Walton restaurants are seeking working, productive general managers to lead our operations teams. Both positions would report directly to Sr. leadership and would include the following responsibilities: staffing, profitability through controlling food, liquor and labor costs. Candidate would have direct input on menu and employee development. As with any solid operation, customer service is your utmost focus via quality food, service and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate should be able to make business decisions and creative a cohesive work environment between staff members both in the FOH and BOH. Candidates must be computer savvy with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office and have a solid working knowledge of modern POS systems. Salary is negotiable, but would be a minimum of $55K depending on experience and leadership potential after training. Work schedule would vary depending on seasonal business fluctuation, but would be a 5 and a half day work week. Benefit would include PTO, 1/2 of health insurance, with the potential of ownership over time.
