As the Patient Care Coordinator, you will represent the face of our company. You are the first opportunity to form a lasting relationship with new patients, while maintaining a positive relationship with our existing patients. We are looking for someone who is highly personable, energetic, organized and caring.
Professionalism and excellent customer service capabilities these are our minimum expectations. Beyond that, prior experience and skill-sets in Microsoft Word, Excel, patient management software and emailing will heighten your overall appropriateness for this position. Interest in the hearing industry is favorable. Dedication and reliability will put you at an advantage. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. that offers a benefits package to include healthcare, vacation, and retirement investment. We are offering $11.50/hr plus monthly bonus potential to the perfect fit for our team.
