Looking for part time skilled and dependable Handyman. Must have experience with handyman repairs and very reliable. Part time calls for evenings and weekends for long term rentals. $20+ per hour. Requirements are good cell phone, own tools, be able to send pics and invoices and able to handle working with tenants schedules. Must be able to paint well and carpentry is a must. This is not a full time job. Just extra work for someone in this field for Freeport area and Santa Rosa Beach. Please send your information and experience and what your specialty is.
