Looking for maintenance crew member for nice property on 30a. Mostly cleaning with light maintenance projects. Pressure washing, painting, operate floor machine, etc. Hours are from 12 pm to 8 pm during training, then 2 pm to 10 pm for closing shift. Thursday-Monday with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. Work for one of the largest property management companies in the US. Growth opportunities within company. Pay raise after 90 days.
