J.C. Lawn Maintenance is Now Hiring.
Were a well-established small business that strives to provide high quality jobs for our clients. We are looking for individuals who possess strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Ideal candidates will be able to follow verbal and visual instruction and work under minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
What we do: We offer a broad range of services to our residential and commercial clients to include but not limited to:
- Irrigation system installation, maintenance and repair
- Tree trimming and debris removal
- Hardscape projects such as pavers, privacy fences, retaining walls, guard rails, etc.
- Asphalt and concrete repair
- Sod installation
- Erosion control and drainage installation
- Some lawn maintenance

General Requirements:
- Valid DL and clean driving record
- Must exercise caution when transporting equipment, materials, and/or trailers
- Smart phone for communication purposes and time tracking.
- General understanding of construction concepts and have the knowledge and skill to safely use a variety of gas and power tools/equipment.
- Must be able to tolerate working in the heat as well as the cold.
- Must authorize background check- Heres the thing, we understand that good people make mistakes and we are willing to work with most individuals who may have a less than perfect background. However, due to the nature of our business, job sites, and clients we cannot consider individuals who have been convicted of charges including but not limited to theft and robbery.
Incentives:
- Monday Thursday work week with occasional Fridays.
- Opportunities to earn wages up to 2x general pay for jobs outside of regular hours.
- (1) week paid vacation after a 1 year of employment.
(In the near future we are looking into developing a quarterly performance incentive based on attendance and project profitability)
Positions currently available:
- Landscape Technician : Starting pay $11 - $14
(Irrigation support)
Must have at least (1) year experience working in landscaping or like field.
Landscape technicians will also support irrigation leads and have the opportunity for advancement as experience is gained.
- Irrigation Technician : Starting pay $13 - $16
(Landscape support)
Must have at least 2+ years of verifiable experience diagnosing, repairing, and installing irrigation systems.
Irrigation Technicians will be responsible for maintaining and communicating irrigation inventory to management.
