Experienced property preservation contractor needed for Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa Counties. Must have the following equipment: truck, trailer, lawn mower, weed eater, leaf blower, battery operated tools, cleaning equipment, DIGITAL CAMERA, and other misc as needed. This work is to secure and maintain bank owned properties and properties in foreclosure. You will be expected to complete the work orders by the due date. You will be a sub-contractor and paid on a 1099. You will need to purchase your own materials.
Currently I have 15-20 properties with additional properties assigned based on performance.
