Job Description
Peachy Cleaned, Inc., winner of the 2018 Best of Boca Award- Hospitality Cleaning is searching for reliable, detail oriented cleaners, who enjoy a fast-paced environment. We clean vacation rentals after guests check out in preparation for the next check in. Our cleaners are responsible for providing a 5-star clean experience. Our team ensures all areas of the home are spotless. This includes any indoor household cleaning like, changing out linens, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, surface cleaning, kitchen and bathroom details. As well as laundering bed linens and towels on-site.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as laundry, sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting and polishing.
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
Follow cleaning checklist & guidelines and other quality control measures put in place
Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
Must arrive on-time and start job and stop job in our App
Must inform Account Manager if the job will take longer than expected
Secure property when leaving, making sure all doors and windows are locked and the alarm is set when requested.
Job must be completed in designated time allowed (first time cleanings may vary depending on the condition).
Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours
Positive approach and receptive to feedback/requests
Check stocking levels of all amenities and replace when appropriate
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
Follow direction and find solutions BEFORE contacting management
Take after photos and upload to application
Must strive for a 5-star rating

Requirements
Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK SATURDAYS
Must enjoy cleaning with a 5-star attention to detail
MANDATORY-Must have a valid Drivers License
MANDATORY- Reliable Transportation
Must have a smartphone with GPS
Possesses a professional, Peachy Positive attitude
Must be okay with no designated break times on some days
Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
Must be okay with working alone
Customer-oriented and friendly, able to engage in small talk with the customers
Prioritization and time management skills a must
Working quickly without compromising quality
Fluent in English
High school degree
Pass a background check
