Title and Closing Agent for growing title company. Will handle all tasks of closing agent such as evaluating title, preparing closing documents, scheduling closings, working with lenders and parties, insuring transactions are correct and working with funding agent. Both residential and commercial transactions. Will work with real estate agents, investors, lenders and retail sellers and buyers.
Compensation:
$40,000.00 and above contingent on experience.
Responsibilities:
Obtain title report and arrange for issuance of title commitment
Obtain and prorate costs
Collect and coordinate the paperwork from the parties
Prepare documents
Assist customer with process
Set closing with parties
Maintain deadlines and insure all duties of parties are completed
communicate with all parties to keep them advised of the process.
Attend closing and obtain signatures
Transfer payments
Ensure documents are recorded
Maintain relationships with realtors, investors and contractors.
Work flexible schedule
Qualifications:
Must be able to obtain title insurance license
Title experience a plus
Familiar with real estate transactions and documents
Customer service experience required
Attention to details and quality product
Positive attitude required
Sense of humor and "go-getter" attitude
Readiness to learn and grow
Will train the right person
