Qualifications:
Must have clean driving record and be able to pass a full background check
Must have strong references to show experience and skill set
OSHA and EPA certifications a plus
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Must be clean in appearance and work well with a team
Typical Responsibilities:
Stucco Patches, Repairs and New Stucco Work (all types of finish)
Small exterior siding replacements and repair projects
Exterior Wood rot repair and replacement
Interior Carpentry and Drywall Repair and Installation (trim molding, frames, drywall, etc)Â
Caulking/Sealant removal and replacement
Painting over repairs and other small painting projects as needed
Supervise other crew members as the position grows

We are looking for a top quality professional to complete Residential and Commercial work. The majority of the work will be in conjunction with our painting crews, however some painting work may be required with the stucco and carpentry projects. The majority of our work is in Okaloosa, Walton, Santa Rosa, Escambia and Bay Counties, however some travel work will be required. Â
