FULLTIME-Maintenance Technician
compensation: Starting @ $15 - $17
employment type: full-time
If you are a self-starter and career minded individual this is the place to come. We are looking for a maintenance tech with a strong background in Multi Housing Community maintenance. You must be self-sufficient, driven and able to take direction.
Essential Maintenance Functions:
Makes general appliance repairs, basic plumbing, electrical repairs
Performs carpentry work, painting and plumbing duties as required
Installs appliance and electrical fixtures as required
HVAC experience a plus
Handles designated service requests within a timely manner
Adheres to company key procedures
Participating in an ongoing community improvement plan and preventive maintenance
Reports any maintenance problems
Must be prompt, on time to work and have good, regular attendance
Maintains courteous and helpful demeanor with residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc.
Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.
Excellent customer service and diagnostic skills. â¨
Have tools of the trade
Be available for after-hour maintenance on-call rotation
Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screening test.
