Upon completion of training, insurance adjusters work independently and provide outstanding customer service on a daily basis. Education requirements

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience requirements

2+ years of auto adjusting or related estimating experience

Qualifications

-Ability to attend paid training program for approximately 1 week in Tampa, FL and 1 week in Ashburn, VA.

-Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills

-Must be able to work flexible schedules and independently

-Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills

-Good driving record and mechanical aptitude

-ICAR certification and familiarity with CCC pathways preferred
