A/R Collections
Full Bookkeeper and Payroll Processor
Compute and record numerical data
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
Proven experience with full bookkeeping and payroll
Previous experience in accounting
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Full Knowledge of Quickbooks
Minimum 2 Years of small business accounting experience
Excellent Microsoft Excell skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication Skills
Bachelors in Accounting preferred
Must be able to start immediately. Start pay rate $15.00/hr -/+. With annual evaluation with raise potential depending on job performance.
Established family owned business is seeking fulltime Bookkeeper. Duties include, but not limited to AP, AR, filing, phone rotation and other general office duties as required. Must be a team player, detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills. Knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel and Microsoft Office a must. Salary range $15 to $20 per hour based on experience and performance.
