Small, not very active S Corporate business with two employees in a small office home office (SOHO) in South Orlando near SeaWorld is looking for a skilled experienced fast working bookkeeper who is skilled with QuickBooks. We fell behind with maintaining our bookkeeping and our tax extension is quickly approaching. We are looking for this bookkeeper to come in and get this work done this weekend.
Hours Needed:
Saturday 07/27/19 From 9 AM To 6 PM with Lunch Break.
Sunday 07/28/19 From 9 AM To 6 PM with Lunch Break.
Based on years of previous bookkeeping history with this task we anticipate it will take the bookkeeper 12 to 14 hours to input data & perform general bookkeeping for the two entities (1 Company and 1 Personal) and have it ready to submit to our accountant no later than Monday 07/29/19.
This is a very time sensitive position. We must have this work to our accountants immediately for them to do the accounting and file the appropriate tax papers in time for the extension filing date. We are looking for someone who is responsible, works quickly and accurately.
You must be able to work in our home office in south Orlando near SeaWorld. You must be skilled with QuickBooks as we do not have time or inclination to train anyone on the software.

While all tax filings have been filed you may have determined we are great at running our business and not so much at preparing bookkeeping and tax paperwork for our accountants. If you perform well with this weekend bookkeeping task, you may be considered for the position we are searching to fill to take over these bookkeeping tasks going forward and sending onto our accountants. As stated above this is a small very low activity business plus the ownerâs personal tax information to be sent to our accountants.
