Small not very active S Corporate Business in small office home office (SOHO) in South Orlando is looking for part time full charge bookkeeper. Got behind with bookkeeping for 2018 so as Tax Time is quickly approaching, I am looking for a bookkeeper to come in and get everything caught up.
I am looking to get this work done in the next 3 upcoming weekends. I am looking to start this bookkeeping project next weekend Saturday 03/16/19. I anticipate it would take an experienced bookkeeper approximately 40 hours:
Saturday 03/16/19 9 AM to 5 PM & Sunday 03/17/19 9 AM to 5 PM
Saturday 03/23/19 9 AM to 5 PM & Sunday 03/24/19 9 AM to 5 PM
Saturday 03/30/19 9 AM to 5 PM & Sunday 03/31/19 9 AM to 5 PM
to complete this bookkeeping and have it ready to submit to accountant no later than Monday 04/01/19.
Once 2018 bookkeeping submitted to accountant on Monday April 01, 2019, want bookkeeper to come in every Saturday 10 am to 3 pm and keep all bookkeeping complete and up to date.
Our ideal candidate will:
have degree in; Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
have minimum of 5 years of full charge bookkeeper experience
have solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
be proficient with Quick Books 2018/2019, Office 365, Outlook 365 and Excel
will have English as first language
have strong communication skills both written and verbal
have a high degree of; work ethic, confidentiality, thoroughness, accuracy, attention to detail, skilled reconciler with proven bookkeeping experience and works quickly
have a hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
comply with all federal, state, and local filing requirements
maintain historical records by filing documents
advise management on needed actions
have the ability to work well with others in a team environment
be flexible to a variety of tasks, possess ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced, goal-oriented, deadline-focused environment
be professional, punctual, dependable, responsible, have integrity
Basic Bookkeeper Duties:
Account Receivable
Account Payable
Chart Of Account
General Ledger
Trail Balance
Payroll
Sales Tax Forms, Filings and Payments
Payroll Tax Forms, Filings and Payments
Data Entry
Prepare weekly financial report in QB for owner
Prepare monthly financial report in QB for accountant
Must be able to start this coming Saturday 03/16/19
Must Be Able To Work Next 3 Weekends Saturday & Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM

This Position is a 1099 Independent Contractor Position. Part of process will be signing; an independent contractor agreement, liability wavier and confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement, successfully passing background check requirements and illegal substances testing requirements.
