Carwash Manager or Assistant Manager
(All Experienced Positions are open, we are hiring for all levels of management )

Have you been in the carwash business for years?
Have you reached a supervisory or management level?
We are looking for carwash supervisory experience.
But we will consider the right candidate without carwash and detailing experience, But they must have a long standing background and experience at the location management level. Because we do train and teach.
We are looking for experienced management candidates. We are hiring ENERGETIC, HARD WORKING, SMILING and MOTIVATED car wash Team Members!
We are looking for full time Team Members.
We have 3 busy carwashes (and building more) each with 3 departments: Exterior, Full Service and Express Detailing.
Please be aware this is a very fast paced environment! We see hundreds of customers each and every day so it is very hard work but it's also fun work. You will be working up to 10 hours outside,
But you do get to wear shorts all day
Must be able to lead the carwash team and control labor while processing cars very quickly. Must achieve sales and volume goals. Must be able to repair Carwash Equipment.
Must be effective enough to run the property alone to cover days off and vacations. We require this individual to have strong customer service skills, strong sales and communication skills, and be physically able to "prep or detail" vehicles all day at the wash tunnel entrance or exit.
We work hard here, but we compensate our Team Members for their positive attitudes, hard work, reliability and dedication.
Management positions report directly to either the Carwash Manager Or Director Of Operations (depending on exact position held) and they help other members of management run the property.
Must be responsible, have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, be nice, have a professional attitude, and Neat & Clean appearance. ALSO YOU MUST SMILE A LOT
Must be able pass a drug screen and background check. We offer hourly pay with over time paid at time and 1/2, when worked, A 5 day work week is required, It's your choice if you work over 5 days in a week; some do it for extra money. But you are well compensated when you do.
All staff members earn tips on a daily basis.
Depending on position there are many options for compensation. hourly, overtime, salary, tips, commission, bonus. Our employees can earn money many different ways and yes we let our workers get overtime!
