Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking Call Center Agents for a Temporary Inbound Call Center Position. As a Call Center Agent, you will be solving basic customer service issues over the phone, and helping students register for classes, selling back books, and other student related questions. This is not a sales position
Location: Near Florida Mall area
Position Type: Full-time - Contract for 6-8 weeks (might go Temp to Hire)
Shift: Flexible Hours
Start Date: Two training classes will be provided, August 4th, 5th, and 6th, or August 7th, 8th, and 9th.
Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour

Requirements:
Must be able to speak, read and write in English
Friendly, conversational and engaging phone presence
High school diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
