Job Duties
Handle new patient calls and schedules new patients
Positively represent All About Beautiful Smiles by professionally and courteously handling inbound customer inquiry calls
Forward calls and messages to the appropriate post
Follow-up on new patient leads
Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information
Maintains customer database by entering/updating information
Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures and reporting malfunctions
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
keep a record of # of new patients calls / # of new patients scheduled
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not necessary
Have a minimum two (2) years of superior customer service experience within a call center environment or in a dental office environment
Must be an excellent problem-solver
Must possess excellent people and relationship-building skills
Must be proficient with computers, data entry, the Internet and Microsoft Office
Most importantly, the candidate must have an innate 'Will to Win'
Experience working in the Dental industry a plus, but not necessary
