Premier luxury apartment community located in Winter Springs, FL (Orlando area) is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent/Resident Concierge position. Strong emphasis on leasing, resident retention, customer service and marketing. Relevant customer service work experience is mandatory. Leasing experience is preferred, but not required. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Significant emphasis on the ability to deliver a top-notch customer service experience, where the customer is ALWAYS the #1 priority. Must be self-motivated and proactive. A flexible schedule is required with the ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Ultimate professionalism required
* Must be team player who works well with all levels of personnel
* Must maintain a cheerful, helpful and professional manner in person and on the telephone
* Display high-level of customer service skills - number one priority
* Must possess a sincere, positive and accommodating attitude
* Host all walk-in prospect tours and convert telephone traffic to in-person tours
* Maintain follow-up program on all guests and inquiries
* Ensure office, model and amenities are clean, opened on time and in working order
* Ensure office amenities are stocked and available to residents at all times
* Help to ensure accuracy of lease files -- attention to detail is mandatory
* Ability to balance priorities, yet act "on the fly" when necessary with ease
* Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and positively
* Conduct resident functions and serve as the primary "Resident Concierge"
* Participate in all outreach marketing and promotional efforts
* Assist management with all resident retention and social activities
* Comply with all Federal, State and Local Fair Housing laws
* Assume additional duties and objectives, as required
