Conducting periodic reviews of their KPIs, identifying areas where improvement is needed, identifying opportunities for growth, assisting with clearing invoice discrepancies, and reviewing claims. As well as identifying and vetting potential new partners, compiling onboarding documentation, and conducting LP/mobile app training.This role reports to the Director of Logistics Partnerships and will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure that our fulfillment capabilities are aligned with expected delivery volume and contract requirements. This role is required to be On-Site with the opportunity to be hybrid after 90 days of employment or remote after a full year of employment

Prioritize/Schedule integration or conduct ORD training
Qualifications:
3or more years of experience in creating, developing and maintaining partnerships
Bachelor's degree, ideally in business or similar field preferred
Experience with HubSpotor other CRM / Pipeline Management tool
Working understanding of API and related technology knowledge
Demonstrable ability to negotiate and close partnership contracts
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Strong relationship building skills with an entrepreneurial approach
